What am I paying for?

• Your monthly payment is for hosting space on our server. As part of hosting service, we will:
  • Set up a website from a template style that you choose and host this site on our server.
  • Customise the template style with graphics that you provide.
  • Set up email addresses that you specify.
  • Provide ongoing support for the website on our server.

Can we edit content on the site?

• Yes, provided you choose to add this feature to your monthly cost of hosting. (Currently we are offering the Content Management Feature within the monthly $49.95 cost). We will:
  • Convert the html template to a Content Management System.
  • Provide you with a username and password for this system that is hosted on our server.
  • Provide training material for you to learn to create and edit content.

Are we purchasing a website?

• You are paying for hosting on our server and as a service we set a website up for you.

If we switch to another hosting provider, do we get the website?

• As you are paying monthly for a hosting service, and the website is set up as part of this premium hosting service, you do not get the files for the website as templatehoster.com will terminate the account upon your request of termination of services with us.

If all we are paying for is hosting and setup of a website as part of that service, is this service considered to be good value?

• Consider that the up-front cost of a website is around $3500.00 then you could spread that cost over 5.8 years. This is great news for companies!
